Rep. Comer Wants Details On Biden Docs…Like Yesterday

Rep. James Comer, a Kentucky Republican and chairman of the House Oversight Committee, is demanding details from President Joe Biden’s legal team concerning recently discovered documents from both the garage of his private home in Delaware and another private location earlier this week. Funny how hypocritical this dude is, isn’t it? He really ripped into former President Donald Trump a few months back over the classified documents in his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, meanwhile he did the exact same thing back when he served as vice president.

The word “hypocrite” is not just a description of the radical left, it seems to be a character trait of the movement as well.

In a letter to White House Counsel Stuart Delery, Comer issued a request a list of all the classified materials that were recovered from the multiple locations where the documents were found. He also demanded they include a list of names and job titles and security clearance levels of all the aides and attorneys that have searched for the mishandled records.

    Here’s more from Newsmax:

The letter followed Attorney General Merrick Garland’s appointing of a special counsel on Thursday to head an investigation into Biden’s handling and storage of classified documents from his time as vice president.

Republicans have publicly questioned the difference in treatment between Biden’s lawyers, who were permitted to search the president’s properties on their own for classified materials, and former President Donald Trump, whose Mar-a-Lago estate was raided by the FBI last August to recover classified documents. A subpoena was issued prior to the raid, according to the Washington Examiner.

Though Biden’s legal team turned over the first tranche of classified documents after they were discovered in November, the Department of Justice apparently did not send any investigators to confirm that the president had returned all of the classified materials. The White House confirmed Thursday that more classified documents were discovered at Biden’s home in Delaware at an address his son Hunter Biden listed on his driver’s license in 2018.

“The Committee is concerned President Biden stored classified documents at the same location his son resided while engaging in international business deals with adversaries of the United States,” Comer stated in his letter.

We the people deserve answers concerning these documents. And if it was illegal for Biden to have them, which it likely was at the time and probably still is, then the president needs to face the consequences of his actions.
