Police Reveal The Shocking Reason North Dakota Man Killed Teenager

A man from the state of North Dakota has been taken into custody, charged with vehicular homicide for allegedly running down a teenager that he claimed was part of a Republican “extremist group” according to local law enforcement officials.

Well, folks, there you have it. Violence on behalf of the radical left continues to grow and spread, which is in part thanks to the divisive and dangerous rhetoric pushed by President Joe Biden, who in several speeches has painted Republicans, particularly those of the MAGA variety as dangerous domestic terrorists. This is the fruit of that labor.

“Shannon Brandt, 41, allegedly began chasing Cayler Ellingson, 18, after they had a politically charged altercation at a street festival in the city of McHenry on Sunday, according to InForum. Brandt is accused of running Ellingson over with his car after chasing the teen down an alleyway. Brandt reportedly left the scene but later ‘called 911 to report the crash,’ according to a North Dakota Highway Patrol captain, Bryan Niewind,” the report from Newsmax said.

“We are still trying to determine what, exactly, transpired at the time of the crash and prior to that as well,” he went on to say.

“We do not know of any witnesses. We are still making attempts to interview potential witnesses from the street dance, people that were present prior to the crash happening,” Niewind stated as he discussed the case.

According to documents from the court, Brandt went on to state during his call with 911 that he had hit Ellingson, whom he claimed was a member of a GOP “extremist group” who had called for folks to go after Brandt following an argument between the two. He then told local law enforcement he had been drinking at the time the incident occurred.

What’s really heartbreaking about the situation is that Ellingson’s mother informed police that her son had called her asking for help, just before he was killed.

“Brandt was arrested on Monday and charged with vehicular homicide and fleeing the scene of a deadly accident. A judge set his bail at $50,000. Brandt reportedly posted bond and was released from jail on Wednesday,” the report concluded.
