Check Out The Shocking Number Of Hotel Rooms NYC Is Searching For As More Bused-In Migrants Take A Bite Of The Big Apple

    You reap what you sow.

The city of New York, a sanctuary city that has made it clear they have zero interest in working with federal immigration authorities to track down illegal migrants and ship them back over the border, is now looking for an additional 5,000 hotel rooms to help provide temporary housing for asylum seekers who are being bused to the city from the southern border, according to a story published by the New York Post.

According to Newsmax, the city has taken out a lease for a total of 11 hotels thus far to help provide temporary housing for homeless families after the population soared over the course of the last several months, going from 46,591 people last January to a stunning 52,379 as of earlier this week, according to DHS shelter census data from City Limits.

“One staffer at the Row NYC, which is located in Times Square, told the Post that “In a month or two, we’re about to open up for [the New York City Department of Homeless Services], for homeless,'” the report from Newsmax said.

“They’re working on an agreement, a contract,” the hotel staffer went on to add. “It’ll be here at this hotel, but they’ll keep the DHS shelter on a certain floor. But that hasn’t started yet, they said a month or two.”

Eric Adams, Mayor of New York City, had previously spoken with the Post saying that “as the mayor of the city of New York, I don’t weigh into immigration issues, border issues — I have to provide services for families that are here.”

Adams then criticized Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, a Republican, and his office for not doing a better job of communicating with him about the details of the buses that are being sent to the city.

“They’re not letting us know when the buses are leaving. They’re not letting us know what are the needs of the people on the bus. They are not giving us any information so we’re unable to really provide the service to people en route,” Adams went on to say. “We would like to get that information.”

Gov. Abbott has been dealing with the down and dirty of the border crisis for a long, long time now. The federal government has done nothing to resolve the issue. Hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants are being encountered on a regular basis.

It’s too much for states and towns located along the border to handle. Their resources have been sucked dry. Crime is skyrocketing.

And the president of our great country is allowing this invasion because he’s hoping to change the demographics of the nation and create an army of future Democratic Party voters for the midterms and the 2024 presidential election because he knows his failures as our leader would prevent him from winning fairly.

That’s why Abbott is doing what he’s doing with the buses. I think it’s about time the left got what it deserved for doing nothing to enforce the law and end this crisis.
