President Joe Biden is not a smart man. I think we all know this. Sure, he’s likely suffering from dementia and that’s not something the poor guy can help. However, if you look back over the tenure of his career in public service, it becomes clear, rather quickly, that Biden makes Forrest Gump look like an Einstein level genius.
This is something we have plenty of evidence to support. We don’t really need additional facts or gaffes to back up the claim. Yet, the president insists on continuing to provide us with them anyway. What a chip off the old block.
Biden’s latest stupidity comes in the form of an executive order he signed on Tuesday that once again takes the Second Amendment right to bear arms, crumples it up, tosses it on the ground, and allows progressives to gleefully perform River Dance all over it.
According to The Daily Wire, the executive order is aimed — see what I did there? — at preventing guns from being in “dangerous hands” by expanding background checks on gun sales and increasing the use of red flag laws. All of these measures have been tried for years upon years. They have failed miserably to prevent mass shootings. Just look at Chicago. ‘Nuff said.

Biden is set to announce steps to curb gun violence on Tuesday afternoon in Monterey Park, California, where he is expected to meet with the families impacted by the mass shooting that claimed 11 lives and injured nine others at a Lunar New Year celebration in January.
White House officials summarized the order saying the move would push the U.S. closer to universal background checks without additional legislation, hold the gun industry “accountable,” and drive law enforcement efforts to identify and apprehend shooters.
Earlier this month, Biden said he would ban so-called assault weapons and high-capacity magazines “come hell or high water,” Fox News reported. White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Monday that Biden “believes we need to do more” to crack down on gun violence.
“Too many lives have been taken by gun violence,” Jean-Pierre stated. “You’ll hear him call on Congress to take action and not to stop … that we need to continue.”
The executive order comes hot on the heels of Biden signing the Bipartisan Safer Community Act into law just last year, where he called upon the members of Congress to take additional steps to reduce gun violence. Hey, you know what would really help this problem? Stop pushing laws that are soft on criminals and allow them to get away with atrocious acts of evil. Just a suggestion.
Lawmakers than passed the legislation to try and thwart future mass shootings and to incentivize states to pass more “red flag” laws and expand background checks for those between the ages of 18-21.
“Again and again, he has called for Congress to act, including by banning assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, requiring background checks for all gun sales, requiring safe storage of firearms, closing the dating violence restraining order loophole, and repealing gun manufacturers’ immunity from liability,” the statement goes on to say.
The president then made a call out to the Federal Trade Commission to produce public reports that analyze how gunmakers are selling guns to underage individuals.
The executive order also directs U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland to develop and implement a plan to prevent former federal firearm dealers, whose licenses have been revoked or surrendered, from continuing to engage in dealing in firearms, the summary reads.
Biden authorized Garland to publicly release Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) records from the inspection of firearms dealers cited for violating federal firearm laws.
Mr. President, the Second Amendment is clear. You shall not create any sort of law or legislation that infringes upon the right of a law-abiding citizen to own a firearm. Obey the law of the land.
